Job summary

The Cameron is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective and current residents and to ensure an exceptional leasing experience. You will conduct tours, assist with the leasing process, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams.

Ideal candidates have leasing or related experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in MS Office; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist prospects from inquiry through move-in and process applications/leases.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance and marketing for occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Leasing Consultant**to join our team and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. **What You’ll Be Doing**As our **Leasing Consultant**, you'll be the welcoming face of the community—responsible for creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while supporting the overall success of the property. Key responsibilities include:• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication • Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities • Assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in • Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently • Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner • Supporting resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement • Maintaining organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentation • Inspecting community appearance and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure high standards are maintained • Assisting with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to support occupancy goals • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable laws • Promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment • Performing other duties as assigned**Who You Are** We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
