Job summary

RichSmith Management in West Memphis, AR is seeking a dynamic, full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, conduct property tours, handle lease negotiations, and coordinate move-ins and renewals with our Community Manager.

You should have strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and MS Office proficiency are preferred; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents, give property tours, and handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Ensure units are leased and strive for maximum occupancy and high renewal rates.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and complete paperwork accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and residents.
