Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our luxury apartment team. You’ll guide prospective residents through tours, match floorplans to preferences, and showcase the community’s amenities while delivering exceptional service.

With 40 hours per week and weekend availability, you’ll drive lead follow-up, coordinate with team members, and help residents feel at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and lease showings to prospective residents.
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure community standards and show readiness.
• Weekend availability is required, with Saturday shifts.
