Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience required.
• Leasing/Leadership experience a must.
• Tour apartments, handle the application process, and work with maintenance on work orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to the residents and new prospects.
• "Roll up sleeves" mentality.
• Answer phones, prepare lease agreements, conduct market surveys, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lease and manage leasing process for a 400+ unit market-rate community south of Cleveland.
• Tour apartments to prospects and coordinate with maintenance on work orders.
• Process applications and prepare lease documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and applicants.
• Assist with market surveys and lease negotiations.
