The position entails leasing responsibilities for a 400+ unit market-rate community, touring apartments, processing applications, and coordinating with maintenance on work orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience required.
• Leasing/Leadership experience a must.

• Answer phones, prepare lease agreements, conduct market surveys, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lease and manage leasing process for a 400+ unit market-rate community south of Cleveland.
• Tour apartments to prospects and coordinate with maintenance on work orders.
• Process applications and prepare lease documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and applicants.
• Assist with market surveys and lease negotiations.

A dynamic, full-time Leasing Agent/Consultant position is available at a Residential Property Management company in the Cleveland area. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leasing and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail.
