You will manage the full leasing process from application to move-in, provide pricing and policy information, maintain resident files, and contribute to retention efforts. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong communication and organizational skills, plus valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable with digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide pricing, availability, and policy information.
• Maintain resident files and support retention/renewals.
• Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Promote the property through outreach and marketing ideas.
• Assist with vendor access and unit readiness.
