Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the friendly face guiding prospective residents through the journey of choosing a home. You will greet, tour, answer questions, and ensure a smooth move-in experience with a customer‑first mindset.

Ideal candidates will have strong people skills, a knack for relationship building, and proven sales and service abilities. This role requires flexibility on peak days and commitment to an engaging, welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven leasing or sales track record is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour move-in ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
• Collaborate with team to hit leasing goals while delivering strong customer service.
• Assist with lease renewals when residents choose to continue living at the community.
