Two Coast Living is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to be the heart of our community. You will greet potential residents, tour move-in-ready homes with charm, and guide them through the leasing journey from hello to keys.

In this full-time, high-energy role, you will build trust with current residents, strive to hit leasing goals with outstanding customer service, and assist with lease renewals. A high school diploma is required, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; typos-free.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sales-oriented with customer service focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential residents and assist in finding the right apartment.
• Tour available units with enthusiasm.
• Build relationships with residents to foster community.
• Work with team to meet leasing goals while delivering excellent service.
• Assist with lease renewals and renewal processes.
• Explain terms, eligibility, and move-in details.
