Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, assess needs, and lead tours of apartments and amenities.
• Process applications and prepare, review, and complete lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond promptly to in-person, phone, and email inquiries — provide leasing information, schedule appointments, and follow up on maintenance requests.
