Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales-related experience.
• Previous apartment leasing experience with strong closing skills preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Illinois leasing agent license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities: tours, applications, and leases.
• Enter lease data into leasing software and maintain accuracy.
• Manage lease files and CRM follow-ups with residents and prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Monitor rental rates and prepare market surveys.
