• Collect money (deposits, rents, etc.).
• Prepare and review leases for accuracy.
• Maintain effective lease renewal program.
• Inspect apartments for readiness.
• Adherence to Fortis Property Management policies.
• Distribute move-in packages.
• Other duties as delegated.
