This role requires strong communication, organization, and a service mindset. The position is on-site, with a Saturday work requirement and a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome future residents with warmth and professionalism, making every first impression count.
• Lead engaging property tours, showcasing features and amenities.
• Assist applicants with leasing, including applications and signing leases.
• Respond promptly to questions by phone, email, or in person with positive interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
• Collaborate with management to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Help create memorable community events and programs for resident happiness.
