RPM Living in Colorado is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations for our community. You will sign leases, greet prospects, conduct tours, and ensure a smooth move-in process, delivering exceptional service.

You'll manage applications, verify credit and rental history, collaborate with maintenance, and help maintain a vibrant social media presence to boost visibility and occupancy. Flexibility to work weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided or in-person).
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits, following procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
