Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all leasing, marketing, and resident-relations duties for a property in Draper, UT. Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit turnovers, and inspections.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing outreach and implement resident retention initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies.
