Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with the Leasing and Marketing departments to follow up with all the leads generated from different channels.
  2. Innovate and implement promotion strategies including online/offline advertisements, (virtual) open house activities, and community events.
  3. Participate in innovation meetings to initiate the sales plan for different seasons with flexible strategies.
  4. Familiarize with all properties and amenities to develop strategies to drive leases; provide potential tenants with relevant information regarding their requirements and budget in a timely manner.
  5. Conduct property tours (virtual or in-person) and communicate online (via phone or video call) about facilities and available units.
  6. Send essential documents/notices/letters to tenants as required; respond and negotiate with tenants on specific terms and conditions.
  7. Communicate with tenants for necessary paperwork (leases, contracts, agreements, statements) and support the Property Management team with check-in/check-out processes, inspections, and maintenance requests.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  9. Basic knowledge of real estate and tenant/landlord relations is preferred but can be learned on the job.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  2. Active lease license by the state of Illinois.
  3. Willingness to work Tuesday through Saturday.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or related fields.
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram).
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation.
  7. A quick learner capable of working in demanding environments.
  8. Proven experience as a leasing agent is preferred.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suites.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate is $19 - $20 plus commission.
