Job summary

Klein is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to be the face of our community. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, present available homes, and convert tours into leases while maintaining resident satisfaction.

In this role you’ll handle marketing, community events, move-ins/outs, and administrative tasks with a team-focused, customer-first mindset. A 1+ year leasing or sales background and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
• Valid PA/NJ/FL driver’s license
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws
• CAM, ARM, CLP certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Sales: deliver warm first impressions, conduct tours, convert tours into leases, assist with renewals, and drive outreach.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: support marketing, social media, resident events, and market surveys.
• Administrative Support: process applications, coordinate move-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, manage rent collection, maintain files.
