Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Villa Hermosa, a 288-unit tax credit community in Albuquerque, NM. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations and assist in maintaining occupancy and financial performance.

Formación

• 1-2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
