Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Villa Hermosa, a 288-unit tax credit community in Albuquerque, NM. You will support the Community Manager in daily property operations and guest relations.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, meeting budgets, and training site personnel while fostering community ties and providing exceptional service. The role may require some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
