Job summary

Two Coast Living in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, tour available homes, and help turn interest into leases. You will build a welcoming community and support residents through the leasing journey.

You’ll drive occupancy with a friendly, sales-driven approach, work Fridays and Saturdays, and enjoy commissions plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tours with enthusiasm to showcase move-in-ready apartments.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
• Work with the team to meet leasing goals while maintaining top-notch customer service.
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and related processes.
