Job summary

Live Bryten in Tucson, AZ is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective and current residents and ensure a seamless leasing process.

You will conduct tours, process applications, answer questions, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the community attractive while supporting occupancy goals. A high school diploma is required; experience with Yardi or similar software is preferred, and bilingual skills are a Plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/ResMan/On-Site) preferred.
• Basic math and financial comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents from inquiry through move-in.
• Process rental applications and lease renewals accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through outstanding service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files, records, and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to uphold high community standards.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to support occupancy goals.
