Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Persuasive marketing and sales techniques.
• Past leasing experience preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly, convert calls into resident leads.
• Present apartments and amenities to prospective residents.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
