Job Description Summary: As a Leasing Consultant, you will collaborate with the onsite management team to support leasing activities. You will create positive impressions through excellent customer service, manage leasing goals, and build rapport with prospects and residents.

Essential Duties:

1. Tour prospects around the property, highlighting amenities and community features.
2. Promote the community and apartment lifestyle to drive sales.
3. Assist prospects in qualification and initiate background checks.
4. Prepare apartments for move-in.
5. Provide exceptional service to residents to foster retention.
6. Manage office activities and paperwork related to rentals.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, ascend stairs, and operate office equipment; travel up to 5%; outdoor weather exposure possible.
