Job summary

Western National Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Overlook at Los Patrones in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA. You will be the first face prospective residents meet, conveying a polished, engaging, and energetic image to showcase our community.

No leasing experience is required, but a minimum of two years in sales/marketing is preferred. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly desired, and familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position is preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and present the community.
• Conduct property tours and showcase features to clients.
• Close leases and meet sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Customize tours to address resident needs and motivations.
