Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry is required.
• At least one year of experience with RealPage or equivalent property management software is required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.
• Rotating Saturdays will be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, qualify prospects, schedule showings, process applications, and move-ins.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text and escalate to the property manager when needed.
• Maintain courteous communications and document correspondence with residents, applicants, and vendors.
• Conduct market surveys and mystery shops to inform marketing strategies.
• Support marketing and social media efforts and assist with resident retention programs.
• Assist with other projects under the Property Manager's direction.
