AG LIVING LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Decker Apartment Homes in Fort Worth, TX. You will attract and guide potential residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and highlight floor plans and amenities to drive occupancy while delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, stay informed about market trends, and assist with renewals and events to foster a sense of community within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere to create a memorable leasing experience.
• Greet and engage with prospective residents to understand needs.
• Conduct property tours highlighting amenities and floor plans.
• Assist with renewals and maintain positive renewal flow.
• Support planning and coordination of resident events to foster community.
• Promote property through persuasive leasing techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing to showcase property online and on social media.
• Explain lease terms, procedures, and move-in details to prospects.
• Process lease applications, perform background checks, and finalize lease agreements.
• Input and maintain resident/lease data in property management software.
• Assist with rent collection, track delinquencies, and coordinate renewals.
• Stay informed about property features to communicate value to residents.
