Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities, greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications, handling resident phone calls, following up with prospects, and completing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in apartment leasing
• Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, Yardi) or ability to learn
• Knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
