Job summary

Highmark Residential at The Parke at Trinity in Raleigh is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help future residents find their next home, tour the community, and process lease applications.

You will plan resident events, collect rent, and contribute to retention. A can-do attitude, customer service or sales experience, and excellent verbal and written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community and assist prospective residents in finding their next home.
• Process lease applications and prepare leases.
• Plan and attend resident functions and events.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Support retention and reporting initiatives.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations

Qualifications
