Job Description

We are searching for an exceptional customer service-focused Leasing Consultant for our Kings Landing apartment community!

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for implementing the leasing process of apartments.

This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer telephone and e-mail inquiries to secure appointments for community tours.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours of model/vacant apartments, demonstrate features and amenities, explain occupancy terms, and provide local area information.
• Close sales by obtaining holding deposits and applications for apartments or waiting lists.
• Follow up with prospective residents to continue the sales process and secure leases.
• Verify eligibility of prospective residents following government regulations and company procedures.
• Process applications, prepare move-in paperwork, and conduct move-ins.
• Assist Property Manager with advertising and promotional activities to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct marketing surveys to monitor competitors and recommend marketing strategies.
• Complete and submit reports promptly.
• Ensure all activities comply with HUD regulations and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education, training, or experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
