Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to support the New Zion/Clear Horizon communities in Shreveport, LA. You will assist the Community Manager with rent collection, move-ins, renewals and resident relations to keep a thriving community.

The role requires solid knowledge of lease agreements, strong written communication, and the ability to stay organized under deadlines. Leasing experience is preferred, and proficiency with Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lease agreements and rental policies required.
• Strong written communication with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines.

• Ability to perform basic office tasks (faxing, typing, filing).

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with rent collection and move-ins/out move-ins.
• Support renewal and retention programs to improve occupancy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surrounding markets and compile weekly traffic reports.
• Inspect common areas, units, and grounds regularly.
• Input daily resident information for walk-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain resident files and assist with renewal paperwork.

Envolve Community Management is a company who owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Our success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live.

Currently, we are searching for a full time leasing consultant to work at New Zion/Clear Horizon Apartment Communities in Shreveport, LA.

Duties:

• Responsibilities include assist Community Manager in rent collection, assist resident with inspection of their new home, and assist manager in implementation of resident renewal and retention programs.
• Maintain a current and up-to-date knowledge of surrounding markets and complete weekly traffic reports as required.
• Inspect community common areas, units, and grounds on a regular basis.
• Inputs daily resident information in relation to walk-in traffic, move-ins and move-outs.
• Assist in maintaining resident files.
• Assists with resident renewal paperwork and rent collections.
• Distribute non-payment notices to delinquent residents.

Qualifications:

• Complete knowledge of lease agreements is required.
• Excellent written communication skills with special attention to details needed.
• Successful candidate must have strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of computers and computer programs such as word and excel.
• Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing is a must.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required
