Mon-Fri (Wednesday off) 8:50 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday 9:45 am - 4 pm, Sunday Closed
Off days: Wednesday and Sunday

Meeting the Metrics

With our guidance, you will need to:

• Exceed occupancy goals of 94%-96% per property
• Improve your financial understanding through income reporting tasks
• Submit all new lease applications within 48 hours for approval
• Perform customer service tasks such as resident programs, welcome initiatives, and hosting resident events
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospects

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants professionally and courteously
• Conduct property tours and showcase units and amenities
• Provide accurate information on rental rates, lease terms, and specials
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and verify income/employment
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure proper documentation
• Collect deposits and rent payments
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections
• Address tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly
• Maintain organized records of interactions and agreements

Salary: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
