Bigos Management Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment rentals in Saint Louis Park, MN. Responsibilities include assisting prospective residents, conducting tours, and supporting the leasing process. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and customer service experience, while previous leasing experience is preferred. HOURS
Tuesday - Thursday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 4:00pm
Scheduled dates and hours subject to change at employer discretion
PAY, BENEFITS, AND PERKS
Hiring Pay Range: $17.00-$22.00/hour

SUMMARY
Leasing Consultants are responsible for the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The incumbent interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Must be able to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions, including climbing stairs and walking the hallways and common areas.
