Job summary

IDM Communities in Ridgefield, WA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first contact for prospects and residents, ensuring tours, applications, move-ins and tenancy are handled with outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include supporting marketing efforts, conducting property tours, collecting applicant information, processing background checks and coordinating move-ins, while delivering a consistently high level of service and assisting with maintenance communication as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant property management experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic leasing knowledge - including Fair Housing Laws.
• Team player, willing to go the extra mile to provide concierge level customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in marketing efforts, to include outreach, preferred employer programs, networking and social media campaigns.
• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities, location and grounds.
• Facilitate prospect applications by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Provide move-in information to new residents and coordinate paperwork.
• Deliver high level of service to residents to support retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate work orders and communicate with maintenance staff and management.
