Job summary

Westdale in Richardson, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a 408-unit apartment community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close rentals, and process applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role emphasizes building relationships with residents and prospective tenants in a friendly, professional manner. The position is hourly non-exempt with monthly new lease and renewal bonuses in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work weekends as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days: Monday – Sunday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
