Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our apartment community in Conroe, Texas. In this role, you will connect with potential residents, show apartments, and handle rental applications. The ideal candidate has leasing experience and exceptional communication skills.

This position offers a starting rate of $19.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Leasing Consultant experience required.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Must be able to work three Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents.
• Answering resident calls and email requests.
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork.

Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Showing apartments.
• Securing leases.

Work Schedule

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
