Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Job Description

We are hiring a motivated Leasing Consultant for our Apartment Community in Raleigh, NC.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position, up to 40 hours per week.
• Pay rate: $18-$20 per hour.
• Eligible for employer-provided benefits and quarterly bonuses up to 5% of annual salary.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, compassion for residents, motivation, and good communication, organization, and computer skills. Training in Property Management is available for the right candidate.

Schedule Details

• Work hours vary, with a schedule starting at 9:00 AM and closing at 6:00 PM, including Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Up to 3 Saturdays per month; schedule flexibility is supported.
• Overtime is paid at time and a half when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects visiting or calling the Leasing Office.
• Stay informed about market trends, community amenities, and available floor plans.
• Schedule tours, assess rental needs, and guide prospects through leasing processes.
• Perform market surveys and relay information to the Community Manager.
• Invite prospects to sign lease documents and prepare lease files for review.
