Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant) to lead leasing efforts and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will be energized, creative, and capable of guiding the team while understanding market dynamics to drive property success.

The role requires weekend work, a 40-hour schedule, and offers a base salary range of $42,750–$49,400 with potential commission based on leasing performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of transferable customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by presenting units, answering questions, and obtaining signed leases.
• Conduct apartment tours independently with prospects.
• Maintain professional resident communications and customer service.
• Work weekends and a 40-hour week with possible overtime.

As one of ourSales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant), you are innovative and spend your day leading your team to drive the success of the property. You are enthusiastic and creative and you know what drives the market as well as your sales team! You are a people-loving soul, who is a home finding helper, and a hero!

• You have to LOVE people, all kinds of people!!
• You must be able to “seal the deal”! Expectations of at least a 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Be an inspector! Tour routes and models are your showcase; make sure they look their best!
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

• You have at least two years of transferable experience in customer service
• You have the ability to adapt to new technologies
• You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language

Current anticipated annual base salary range: $42,750 - $49,400 . Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills and qualifications.
