Berkshire Residential Investments in New Jersey is seeking a Floating Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant). You will lead leasing efforts, engage with prospective residents, and support a high-performing team to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires travel to Berkshire communities across New Jersey, a minimum of two years in customer service, strong English communication, and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• Two years of transferable customer service experience.

• Strong sales instincts with a friendly, professional demeanor.

As one of our Floating Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant), you are innovative and spend your day leading your team to drive the success of the property. You are enthusiastic and creative and you know what drives the market as well as your sales team! You are a people-loving soul, who is a home finding helper, and a hero!

So, here are a few of the things that we believe are essential to being the best Floating Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant) there is:

• You have to LOVE people, all kinds of people!!
• You must be able to "seal the deal"! Expectations of at least a 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Be an inspector! Tour routes and models are your showcase; make sure they look their best!
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

• You have at least two years of transferable experience in customer service
• You have the ability to adapt to new technologies
• You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language

This position requires travel to various Berkshire communities within New Jersey, as business needs demand.

Current anticipated annual base salary range: $43,500 - $50,000. Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills and qualifications.
