Berkshire Residential Investments in Washington, DC is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant). You will lead a team to drive the property's success and engage prospects with energy and expertise in a fast-paced leasing environment.

You are a people-loving, energetic professional with a knack for closing deals and delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers growth in a supportive, people-first environment with vacation, benefits, and rent discounts.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to drive property success.
• Seal the deal with prospective residents; target at least a 20% closing ratio.
• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Tour models and showroom to highlight best features.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends.
• Provide ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain professional resident communications.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

As one of our Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant) you are innovative and spend your day leading your team to drive the success of the property. You are enthusiastic and creative and you know what drives the market as well as your sales team! You are a people-loving soul, who is a home finding helper, and a hero!

• You have to LOVE people, all kinds of people!!
• You must be able to "seal the deal"! Expectations of at least a 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Be an inspector! Tour routes and models are your showcase; make sure they look their best!
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

• You have at least two years of transferable experience in customer service
