Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Floating Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant) in New Jersey. You will lead the leasing team, drive property performance, and deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and resident audiences.

Two years of customer service experience, fluency in English, and a high-energy, people-focused approach are essential. Travel across Berkshire communities in NJ is required. Base salary: $43,500–$50,000.

Qualifications

• Two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to drive property success.

• You have to LOVE people, all kinds of people!!
• You must be able to "seal the deal"! Expectations of at least a 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Be an inspector! Tour routes and models are your showcase; make sure they look their best!
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

• You have at least two years of transferable experience in customer service
• You have the ability to adapt to new technologies
• You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language

This position requires travel to various Berkshire communities within New Jersey, as business needs demand.

Current anticipated annual base salary range: $43,500 - $50,000. Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills and qualifications.
