Scully Company is seeking a Leasing/Resident Experience Consultant to help prospective residents navigate the process of finding a home. You will deliver engaging tours, highlight community benefits, and build lasting connections through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.

You will serve as the on-site brand ambassador, providing excellent service, coordinating with residents and prospects, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience while working a full-time schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing, hospitality, marketing or community engagement experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polished professional appearance.
• Comfort using CRM or sales software.

Requirements

• Hours: Your schedule will require 5, full-time workdays, which may include any day of the week, including weekends (40 hours per week). Your schedule will be provided by your supervisor and is subject to change.
• Prior experience in leasing, hospitality, marketing, customer service, or community engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for people
• Polished professional appearance
• Confident using technology platforms, social media, and digital communication tools
• Comfort working with CRM or other sales software systems and digital content platforms preferred
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and collaborative team spirit
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
