Job summary

Scully Company in Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a hands-on maintenance associate dedicated to keeping our property well maintained and resident-ready. You will respond to resident calls, coordinate repairs, and perform routine groundskeeping and unit turnover to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with occasional on-call shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working on building maintenance or property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls.
• Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs.
• Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep.
• Staying proactive about maintenance repairs and preparing apartments for move-in and turnover.
• Participating in rotating on-call including occasional weekends and evenings.

Requirements

• Experience working on building maintenance
• Dependable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies and a valid drivers license
• Primary residency within 30 minutes of our property-
• Ability to meet physical demands
