Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming, professional face of our community — in person, on the phone, or online.
• Create genuine connections by listening to prospects and guiding them to their new home.
• Lead engaging tours that highlight property features and excite potential residents.
• Follow up timely to convert interest into residents.
• Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately.
• Collaborate with management to deliver resident communications, daily reports, and marketing support.
• Keep model and vacant apartments sparkling and ready to impress.
• Drive community buzz through creative marketing and outreach.
• Assist residents with questions or concerns to ensure they feel heard and valued.

• Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.

What You’ll Bring:

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people
• Sales, leasing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required — we train the right people)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with Yardi 7S is a plus
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
