Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, provide tours, and guide potential residents from first query to move-in day. You’ll be the welcoming face of a community and help keep residents happy with support from a collaborative on-site team.

Leasing experience is a plus but not required; a warm, customer-first attitude matters most. We’ll teach you the rest and support your professional growth as the company expands.

You won't be stuck behind a desk. You'll greet prospects, give tours, show off what makes the community special, and guide people all the way from their first question to move-in day. You'll also help keep current residents happy and support a team that works together to keep the property running smoothly. Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
