Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

• Property leasing and administration, including showing units, signing leases, and conducting tours.
• Maintain resident relations and handle complaints and requests.
• Assist in marketing, outreach, and implementing resident retention programs.
• Complete leasing paperwork and conduct lease audits.
• Manage prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Regular movement, communication, and ability to work in various environments, including lifting up to 25 lbs., working outdoors, and in confined spaces.

Additional Information

Salary range: $17 per hour. Full-time, entry-level position with benefits, including health insurance, 401K, paid sick days, and holidays.
