StoneCreek Communities in Omaha, NE is seeking a leasing consultant to drive occupancy and revenue for a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and conduct tours, ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing process.

Responsibilities include following up on inquiries within 24 hours, coordinating with maintenance on ready-to-rent units, and executing marketing efforts to attract residents. 0-1 year of leasing experience and Yardi familiarity are preferred.
