Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live.

Currently, we are searching for a full-time leasing consultant to work at London Square Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK.

Duties:

1. Assist the Community Manager in rent collection, help residents with inspection of their new home, and support the implementation of resident renewal and retention programs.
2. Maintain current knowledge of surrounding markets and complete weekly traffic reports as required.
3. Regularly inspect community common areas, units, and grounds.
4. Input daily resident information regarding walk-in traffic, move-ins, and move-outs.
5. Assist in maintaining resident files.
6. Support resident renewal paperwork and rent collection processes.
7. Distribute non-payment notices to delinquent residents.

Qualifications:

1. Complete knowledge of lease agreements is required.
2. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
4. Leasing experience is preferred.
5. Proficiency in computers and programs such as Word and Excel.
6. Basic office skills including faxing, typing, and filing.
7. Background screening and drug testing are required.
