As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to represent our company to current and future residents professionally and energetically. You’ll build relationships, act as a product expert, and use your charisma and sales skills to market our multi-family homes. A Typical Day

• Greet prospective residents, understand their needs, tour the community, and connect their needs with our amenities.
• Follow up with prospects and promote our communities.
• Complete lease application processes.
• Be knowledgeable about our community offerings, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and assist in marketing plans.
• Coordinate resident social events to enhance resident satisfaction.
