Role Description

This full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role is located in North Charleston, SC. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and clearly explaining community features, pricing, and lease terms. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, following up with leads, processing applications, preparing lease documents, and ensuring accurate lease administration. The role also involves supporting resident retention through excellent customer service, addressing resident questions and concerns, and collaborating with the property management team on renewals and community events. The Leasing Consultant will maintain organized records, help ensure model and vacant units are show-ready, and contribute to meeting occupancy and revenue goals.
