Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Mountain Brook Townhomes in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, marketing outreach, and guiding prospective residents through the application process at a 248-unit townhome community.

Responsibilities include greeting applicants, showcasing the property, processing applications, and supporting the Community Manager with follow-ups and admin tasks. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in apartment leasing.
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
• Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, Yardi) or ability to learn.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
