Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Manassas Station in Manassas, VA. You will provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by showcasing the community, greeting applicants, and collecting applications, while communicating features and benefits of the property.

You will assist the Community Manager by processing applications, handling resident calls, following up with prospects, and performing ongoing administrative duties.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing.
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
• Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi) or the ability to learn such software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional administrative functions.
